A disabled Broward County mother will get a second chance to win back custody of her daughter after an appeals court ruled a judge erred when he severed the mother's parental rights because she failed a series of court-ordered tasks ``through no fault of her own.''


Texas child welfare authorities have filed papers seeking to drop more children of the Fundamentalist LDS Church from court oversight in the nation's largest custody case.
